We had a wonderful experience renting this trailer. Julie was very helpful on pick up explaining everything. The trailer was comfortable, air conditioning worked really well, and the mattress was great. Really good learning experience for our first time camping with a trailer. I've rented Julie's RV twice - both experiences couldn't have been better! The second rental was challenging due to weather issues and she was graciously willing to work with me to change the pickup date/time. The unit has been in great shape both times - no issues whatsoever.
