We had a great experience with this vehicle for a fun getaway to Hocking Hills for some hiking. It was our first RV van trip and John was amazingly patient and helpful! Highly recommend!
John was extremely helpful and accommodating. He answered our questions about his van before pickup and several times during the week we had his van. We had next to no experience with camper vans and he was always available by phone to walk us through what we needed help with. (Even though he spent about an hour with us when we picked up the van, not all of it stuck).
Everything about this trip and van is perfect. We had such an amazing get away weekend. John was so helpful walking us through the van and available throughout the trip for questions. The van drove like a dream and had all amenities we could ever need. Can’t wait to rent it again!
