- Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, or ecigs. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
- No animals allowed. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
- Dumping of tanks $100.00 This fee is assessed if the RV is returned without the Black and Gray tanks emptied.
- Fuel Charge $100.00 fee plus fuel costs for a tank returned less than full.
- Propane Charge $100.00 Flat rate for a tank returned at less than three quarters full.
