Great host, beautiful van! Will utilize again.
Andrew was amazing, as was the Sprinter van! Everything was exactly as advertised. Andrew walked me through everything I needed to know when we picked up the van. He then made himself available during our trip for any questions we had. He responded to our questions quickly. His enthusiasm for sharing his camper van for others to experience helped make our trip through Michigan spectacular!
The vehicle was perfect for our trip, and working with Andy was equally as enjoyable!
During pick up, he showed us all the van's features, how to work them and potential things to look out for that previous renters experienced. Other than myself temporarily forgetting how to use a lever-action parking break, there wasn't a single issue with the vehicle during our whole trip.
Beware. This owner is a scammer. I returned the vehicle, with no issues, and 12 days later he filed a claim for damage I didn't do. Unfortunately I didn't take photos when I returned the vehicle. If you rent this van, photo document everything very carefully. And don't let him rush through when you pick up and return the vehicle. Beware.
I deeply regret renting to this reviewer, I'm very choosy about who I rent too. This is the only RV I own and I take good care of it. I gave her the same lengthy walkthrough that I gave all of my other renters. She volenteered to me that she would use spotters if she was going to back up the van. When it came back damaged she didn't tell me (maybe she didn't know?
My wife and I rented Andrew's RV for a trip from Midland Michigan to Boulder Colorado and back. The RV was everything we expected and ran perfectly. During the past two years, we rented a gasoline Winnebago Travato (which was pretty nice but smaller), but this RV has a very strong diesel engine that accelerated better than the gasoline engine and averaged more than 16.
Andrew was great to work with. Great communication. The van was clean and drove great. No issues at all. I had a few questions at the beginning of our trip, and Andrew was very responsive. I would definitely recommend and will be renting again in the future.
