Great communication. The RV was extremely clean. Thanks Ken!
Motor home is as pictured. Communication with Ken was easy; we were picked up, given all the instructions, and we were dropped off at the airport. DOOR TO DOOR service was provided! Lots of extra items in the camper that were very helpful as well! Even had a TV outside, but we never used it. Thanks again for the great vacation, Ken!
We made the BEST memories traveling around the major Great Lakes with Ken's RV. We were very pleased with his instruction on how to care for it, as well as hook it up, as this was our first time with an RV of this size. He was available to us immediately if we had any questions, and was very accommodating to our needs with booking as well.
Great RV rental value for a small trip. Plenty of space for 4 people and Ken made the pickup and training of the amenities easy. Only had an issue with the dash monitor for camera/radio
