- Smoking or excessively dirty will result in a $250 cleaning fee. If trailer is not returned as clean as you received it, a $100 cleaning fee could be applied. Pet fee $50 (small dogs only)
- Flexible return policy within reasonable time frame, and we are very accommodating. But if it becomes unreasonably late, we will charge 1 days rent.
- You must have a 7Pin connection for the lights, and you also must have a brake controller (state law), If you do not have a brake controller, we will happily rent you our Bluetooth one ($20)
- If you want us to dump and clean the black tanks, no problem. It is a smelly job! But we do charge a $35 black tank cleaning fee! Money well spent in most people opinion! A very popular add-on!
- Interior damage totaling more than the Security deposit will be charged to the renters! Please read the rental agreement!

We had an amazing camping trip in Caseville thanks to Gene, our host. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are giving Gene a 5, only because we can't give 6's. We were first timers, and new to RV share. He invited us over to view the RV when we 1st contacted him in February
(5 months before our date). He coached us on getting our sites early, and was patient with us at the pick up date. He answered questions while we were on the road.

We had an excellent experience renting this unit. Gene was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. There were 4 adults using this trailer and it had plenty of space. Trailer was clean and easy to pull with our SUV. We had a great time and Gene was awesome.

Gene is simply the best. We had the GeoPro for a 2-week trip out West. This was my first experience towing a trailer like this, so I was a bit anxious to say the least. Gene met with me ahead of time and we sat and went over everything and just had a good conversation. This was on top of all my emails and texts.
