Master bedroom was covered in long white dog or cat hair. It was all over us, hair, clothing, faces. Pots and coffee maker covered in dust.
Only 2 pillows provided for a family of 5 despite paying for extra linens.
Only received 5 towels.. 2 smelled like wet dog… for a family of 5 staying a week despite paying extra.
Refrigerator took 2 days to get cold spoiling $200 in food.
Rented this for my family of 6, 4 adults & 2 children, and we had plenty of room. Lori was very quick to communicate and very responsive. Drop off and pick up was very timely. Only recommendation is to have more cleaning supplies or make sure and bring your own. Will definitely rent again when the need arises.

Great first time experience with rental trailers! We have never rented before or used a trailer. They gave us a clean trailer, gave us a detailed walkthrough, and kept communication the entire trip with any questions or concerns we had. Very friendly and we definitely would use them again. Thank you for a great 1st experience.
This unit was not only not clean when delivered to us, but the tanks had not been emptied from the previous renter and the smell was horrible until we dumped the trailer ourselves and placed sanitizer in the toilet.
The beds were full of dirt on them, as well as the floor. I swept up a large quantity of dirt just from the bedroom.
We apologize you found the unit not clean. Our normal cleaning standards are much higher than you described. Thank you for sharing your concerns so we can be sure this doesn’t happen again.
Great trip in a wonderful trailer that fit our family of 5 perfectly. Delivery was great and communication was easy. Smooth overall! Would definitely rent from them again!
This trailer has a great floor plan. It was clean, easy to pick up, and Lori made the pick up and drop off times more than flexible.
