- No smoking - evidence of smoking equals a fee of $5000
- If black water toilet cassette is returned un-emptied there will be a $1,000 cleaning fee. Grey water returned un-emptied will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
- LTL JOE IS PROHIBITED FROM VISITING THE PLAYA OR BLACK ROCK DESERT AT ANYTIME OF YEAR - VIOLATORS OF THIS RULE WILL BE FINED FOR DAMAGES.
