Gorgeous new Heartland Pioneer with child play room! Master bedroom has upgraded 10 inch queen mattress! Bunk room over child's toy room. Toy room includes sanitized toys to play with like Legos, blocks, etc. Couch makes into a bed as well as the dinette set. Beautiful bath/ shower has upgraded laser drilled shower head, as well as an outdoor shower.

We purchased this adorable rv to move from Utah to Nevada. We used it for about 3 months while purchasing a home. Now that we have our home, we can rent out our rv. The playroom was set up for our 2 year old son. He enjoyed it and now we can share it with your children. It is a cozy, comfortable & clean slice of heaven!

- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the rv. Breaking this rule will result in loss of security deposit. Thank you.
- If there are bugs at the camp site and they enter the rv, do your best to remove them. If you kill them in the rv you must clean them off, especially the ceiling.
- Do not remove any screws or hardware. Doing this will result in loss of deposit. No screws or hardware needs to be removed or changed for the rv during your stay. Text questions if any.
- If something breaks, you must call, text, or message me right away with a picture. Do not attempt to repair it yourself unless authorized by me. If this is done you will forfeit your deposit.
- Do not use adhesive or stickers of any kind on or in the rv. No stick on lights, adhesive tape, etc. Doing so will result in loss of deposit.

Can't rate the pickup experience since we had the trailer delivered to our campsite. It took some time to get the trailer situated in the rather rustic campsite, but Nichelle was so great about getting it set up perfectly. I was very impressed with her patience, and very appreciative. The listing was extremely accurate, the trailer was exceptionally clean and ready to move in to.
