- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE RV. That includes no smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vapes. If there is any evidence of smoking, a professional cleaning fee of $200 will taken from the deposit.
- Please dump the gray and black tanks prior to returning the RV. A charge of $100 will be charged if the RV is not dumped as I have to travel to a campground and pay to dump the rv.
- Gasoline must be filled back to where it was upon departure. If not, a charge of $40 plus price of fuel will be deducted.
The prep fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental as well as pay for any propane used that needs to be refilled.
