We had a great experience. Marc sent videos on how to do everything which was extremely helpful so that when we went to pick up, it all made sense. Set up at the campsite was extremely easy and we love the features. Definitely recommend.
Marc was very helpful from the beginning stage of our camping trip. He gave us a thorough orientation of the RV. Especially, his short video clips prior to our pick up was very informative.
