Perfect solution to lodging, transportation and meals for our vacation - problem was no amenities were offered or provided - had to buy pot, pan and kitchen utensils, bedding, blankets and pillows. Communications opened the day I got on the plane and the day before I needed to pickup the RV. The RV had great storage space and was a nice ride overall - I will do the RV alternative again.
Thank you for the comment, Charles. If you look on the listing, you can see clearly what we include with the RV. We also have a note on there stating that we will send you addons that you can buy/rent from us - maybe you missed reading that part of the description?
Won’t be renting from them again. The RV had a few many things that were broken, ripped, stains on sofa/bed, some vents missing, counter top had several cracks, stains on the ceiling, screws missing which was called to their attention and was fixed, etc. Also, no where on their ad did they mention about pet fees. Just says “pet friendly” so be sure to ask before you bring your pet.
Thank you for the review, Ana. You mentioned these items before you left and we fixed them. We DO NOT have a pet fee and we DID NOT charge you a pet fee. The $15/night was the mechanic insurance that you OPTED IN for before you left. Not sure why, where and how you saw that it was for a pet fee - wish you could have asked us before writing a review.

The pick up experience was slow, the rv is a bit outdated, and cleanliness could be improved.
I was disappointed with how many things broken and didn’t work inside the RV So many things that we didn’t notice at the pre trip walk thru.
