Most RVs have fresh water tanks that hold about 50 gallons. Because of the large capacity, emptying the tank can be a hassle—you need to use a pump to slowly drain it bit by bit, which takes a lot of time. "Tim" runs a fleet of RV's and is looking for any reason to charge extra. He'll take an hour overexplaining everything on check out. And we waited an hour to drop off for him to check out another RV. He'll charge $90 to dump the holding tank but tank sensors show 1/3 full even when empty. He'll charge for bedding regardless if you use it or not.
