Jacob was extremely helpful and accommodating. He worked with us on pick/delivery times and when a minor issue came up during our trip, he was patient and helpful over the phone. This was after several texts regarding basic questions prior days. This was our first time using an RV and Jacob took time to explain everything and made us feel comfortable with our journey.
