- You must empty black and grey water tanks prior to return. We can also take care of this for you for additional fee.
- No climbing on furniture to get on top bunk. Please always use the ladder included.
- Please clean and sweep RV as much as possible prior to return. This will help us to quickly start our deep cleaning and disinfecting process for the next renter to enjoy.

First time using an RV, and it was an awesome experience! Marcelo was very helpful, and gave us a solid introduction/walkthrough when wee picked up. As a total newb, I really appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood how to connect everything, and so on. He also checked (and adjusted) the tire pressure, which I again really appreciated.
