>Prep/Vehicle Set-up: Through video-instruction, your rental will include a detailed orientation showing you how to set-up and tear down. By video, we will give you an in-depth explanation of all the features and how everything works. We will also show you how to correctly connect the trailer to your tow vehicle.
>Deep Cleaning: We include a standard cleaning with every rental. Every renter will have a clean travel trailer interior to enjoy.
>Roadside Assistance: If you get locked out of the RV, the RV needs a tow, the RV gets a flat tire, or you have other RV-related problems you are covered by the owner's insurance policy. Simply call and help is on the way!
>Emergency Expense Allowance: In the event of an emergency involving the RV rental, the renter(s) will be provided with an emergency-only allowance up-to $1,000 as guests under the owner's insurance policy.*
>Replacement Cost Personal Effects: Something get stolen from the RV while you were out having fun? Up to $5,000 worth of your personal belongings are covered through the owner's insurance policy.*
>RV Medical: If the renter(s) receive a medically related injury caused by the travel trailer, RV medical insurance is provided to the renters as guests under the owner's insurance policy.*
>Vacation Liability Coverage: Vacation Liability provides bodily injury or property damage coverage while the covered RV is at an "insured location."*
>Smoking Policy: Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within the rental, please refrain from smoking in or around the travel trailer, if it is determined that the unit was smoked in, you will be subject to loss of your security deposit, in addition to the cost associated with restoration and repairs.
>Dumping/Holding Tanks: We require that all renters return the travel trailer with totally empty tanks (including an empty fresh water tank).
Note about liquid propane tanks: Renters must provide their own propane for stove and gas-heated water use; however, the travel trailer is equipped with an alternative, fully electric, rapid-heating, 7-gallon water tank under the sink for all your hot water needs. If you still need propane, a standard-sized propane tank for grills works perfectly (i.e. BlueRhino, AmeriGas, etc.). Simply, exchange the empty tank for a full one anywhere they are sold.
