- No Smoking, if trailer smells of any type of smoking you will be charged a 500.00 cleaning fee. No Drug Use. Period end of story. You want to party illegally do it in someone else's trailer!
- Do not use stabilizers to level
- Use Shoe bin for shoes and please only wear slippers in the trailer that are not worn outside.
- Do not use water pump unless you do not have hookups. If you use pump, make sure tank has water and turn on use water, turn off after water is shut off. Do not leave pump on or you will be liable
- Do Not use awning. Instead, we provide an Eazy up located in the front compartment of the trailer.

This is a nice camper…super size, not too big or too cramped. I had it delivered to our campground so it was set up and the ac running by the time I got to camp. The temperatures were 97-105 each day and the ac was cold! Everything worked well. It was clean and comfortable and dog friendly. Perfect for a week
The RV is beautiful just like the pictures show. Caitlin provided everything my family needed for a relaxing weekend. There were even things in the RV that I wasn't expecting. There were extra towels, kitchenware, and a TV (my kids favorite feature). What I appreciated the most was Caitlin's communication.

She was very informative and willing to answer all my questions which was very assuring as this was my families from time utilizing an RV for our camping trip.
