Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking ($200 Fee if evidence found)
- Trailer MUST come back in SAME condition as it was dropped off or picked up. A Excess dirty fee will be added of $100 if trailer is not cleaned properly.
- Must take your own trash ($50 Fee will be added)
- TOILET PAPER ONLY in toilet. $200 fee will be added if tampons, pads, trash or paper towels found in black tank.
- If any personal items are left in trailer we can mail them back to you. Any cost to ship will be taken back from security deposit plus $10 fee
Anything other than toilet paper in the black tank is a $200 fee
Ocotillo Wells ( ONLY near ranger station, air strip or Blue inn)
Glamis ( NO MORE THAN QUARTER MILE OFF 78 will NOT go past train tracks )
