- Cleaning fee of $50-250 will apply if vehicle is not returned as clean as it was received. Evaluation will be based on amount of dirt, stains, trash, etc inside the RV at time of return inspection.
- Though we do not charge an initial pet fee, we reserve the right to apply a pet fees in an amount TBD for any damage caused by pets (including any extra cleaning needed to remove pet stains or fur).
- Late return fee of $50 may be applied if RV is returned after 11 AM (unless a later return was previously agreed upon prior to/during booking).
- RV will need to be refueled to 1/4 tank prior to return. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $50.
- RV black and gray tanks will need to be emptied prior to return. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $100.

We had the best experience renting with Kelsie and Kyle. They were very communicative and set expectations well. The RV itself was very nice, super clean and operated wonderfully. We opted in for the bike rack last minute and were so glad we did, it was easy to manage and convenient.
Highly recommend Kelsie and Kyle’s RV. Seamless experience with them and the vehicle. We traveled to national parks and state beaches with the RV for 2 months. The RV was great and had everything you need. Our 2yr old enjoyed the experience thoroughly.
