Great motor home and a perfect fit for our needs!
Mike is amazing! Knows his rig inside and out and made for a smooth trip! Rv was comfortable to drive unlike others I’ve rented in the past. Plenty of storage inside and underneath. Mike gives you a blank canvas to bring all that you require on your own (ie. forks, plates etc.) which I liked. A lot of times the Rv’s are so filled with stuff I won’t use and worry about losing.
I had a bad experience with the RV I was without water for a day because the water heater broke. That is the reason I rented a 2021 to not have any problems and on top of that got charge $375 for a broken window I did not broke. I wish I had a better experience.

First of all, I showed you how everything works and the water heater was working perfectly when you left my house .
You were driving to rough on a dirt road YOU cause the pipe on the water heater to bust, you said that the mobile service charged you $675 and I paid you back even if I thought it was way over priced.
Mike was great! Called me immediately few times I had questions. RV worked perfect, clean, new. Great experience
This one year old RV had over 2 dozen items inoperative and/or broken. List given to Mike and minimal discount provided ($196) for our multiple inconveniences on our $11,000 rental.
The Jayco factory was obviously sending out RV’s recently during covid demands with minimal oversight and/or final inspections. Mike promised to correct all problems after we returned.
