Julio was great to rent from. He was very accommodating. Trailer is in very good shape and clean. Plus it comes with just about everything that you need for a great camping experience!

Review:

Chris was very friendly to deal with . He answered all of my questions. He trusted us to take his rv to a rock concert even though he had heard horror stories about it. But as I told him we returned the camper undamaged. It was great he trusted us a couple of strangers. So he is great to deal with. Camper is on the small side but if you are using it to just sleep in it works great.

Review:

We rented this Myrtle Dutchman Camper for a long weekend. Brad was awesome at communicating with me before hand on what we all would need in regards to pulling the camper. When we arrived to pick up the camper, Brad greeted us with a friendly handshake and introduced himself. We felt very comfortable with him from day 1. The RV was in excellent shape and you would never guess it was a 2009 model as it had mechanical upgrades and was cleaner than most brand new campers I have seen. On top of everything else, Bradley provided many items I didn't even think of bringing. The camper also included cleaning supplies, Dishes, utensils, and many other items you will find very helpful on your camping trip. I was hesitant to rent a camper, but working with Brad was such an awesome experience that we will be using him again next year!!. Thank you Brad for making this an excellent one of a kind experience.

Really great experience - trailer was just as pictured, very clean and well-maintained, everything worked. Kitchen well-stocked with pots, utensils, and dinnerware. Games for kids in a cupboard. The layout was really comfortable for all five of us. Owners were terrific, helpful. We paid a little extra for them to deliver/setup/takedown the camper and that went great and was well worth it. Thank you guys for sharing your trailer with us!

A wonderful travel trailer for a family vacation. Plenty of room to even setup a pack and play for a baby. (Just stow the kitchen table.) We highly recommend this for a family of 4 or 5. The owner is great and on call for any questions you may have during your rental period.

Brett was awesome going over the operations of the RV and his expectations of use. This RV comfortably housed and entertained my family for a brief trip and was easy/stable to drive in the highway environment. Excellent RV! This is one trip we didn't need a vacation from the vacation! Thanks Brett, we will definitely rent from you again!

My husband and I rented this travel trailer for 10 days and went to Niagara Falls. Tricia promptly answered all our questions and her husband was very patient with us on pick-up day and answered all our questions. The trailer was spotless when we picked it up, and very roomy with the bunkhouse. It also has a sleep number bed that was incredibly comfortable! If you have ever slept on a standard travel trailer mattress which is hard as a rock, you will know what a great perk it was to have such a comfy bed. Everything worked great, with the exception of the air conditioner, but in all fairness we did have an unseasonable heat wave while camping. The air conditioner worked fine and kept us plenty cool in the early morning and evening, but during the afternoon hours when the temperature soared to 95 degrees it could not keep up. No huge deal, we just hit the pool when it was really hot, and it worked fine in the evening when it was important to be cool so we could sleep. I had a wonderful experience overall, and would recommend renting this trailer.

Great camper to rent for the family, lots of space, light weight to haul, A/C, fridge/freezer. This thing is like hauling a house on wheels. I took my wife, kids and I even brought my mother in law she stayed on the other side of the camper, didn't even notice she was there. :)

Review:

The RV itself was very nice. 2018 so there is not much to have issues with. Was clean and ready when we arrived. If we had to do it again, would go with a diesel pusher as this thing sways all over and very noisy during travel. Had a new residential refrigerator installed with a make shift latch installed by the owner that did not function properly. Door Swung open on multiple occasions during our trip hitting people in the vehicle and causing a small ding in the front. On one occasion a glass jar came out and broke cutting two of our kids. Owners now are trying to charge us $250 for the small ding. They are also trying to charge us $25 for undercarriage cleaning, yet we cleaned the entire unit inside and out, only to have them tell us when we returned it that we did not have to clean as Tom has access to a commercial truck wash. Also, we added an additional night (8 hours early pickup) which was agreed to at $250. Just prior to picking up the unit, RVShare contacted me stating they wanted to charge $325. We refused and RVShare kept it at $250. I would be cautious of back end charges not agreed to or discussed during rental - very frustrating after a very enjoyable trip. Overall we were very happy with the RV rental until after we returned it and seen the money they tried to grab at the end.

We never rented an RV before, but our experience with Ryan was great. Communication was very prompt. RV was very clean, and had everything we needed, sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, etc. Loved the fact that RV was delivered and picked up for us as we had no means to do that. He made sure everything was set up and running before he left. Delivery and pick up was very timely. Overall, great experience.

We had a wonderful experience renting this RV. Bob was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to be comfortable using and operating everything. It is absolutely pristine - clean inside and out and very well equipped. Camping and traveling the road doesn't get any more luxurious than this! The A/C worked wonderfully which was incredible important to us in the 95 degree weather we were traveling in. Having a washer and dryer was the cherry on top! Highly recommend this RV rental and it's owner.

RENTER, BEWARE! My family and I experienced the RV Rental from HELL! We rented the RV for two weeks, June 15, 2018 through June 29, 2018. On day one of our trip, the refrigerator and freezer did not cool down until 12 hours later! It did not cool to safe levels until we connected to electricity at the RV campground. Over $150.00 worth of refrigerator and freezer food were lost to spoilage! Throughout that day, we texted the owner to let him know what was happening. He accused us of overstuffing the refrigerator and opening the refrigerator door. We sent him a photo to show that we had not overfilled the refrigerator. The next day, the generator died out and would not start up! Temperatures inside the RV quickly climbed into the mid 90’s! Of course, without the generator, the refrigerator and freezer stopped working again. We continued to text the owner. He accused us of letting the gas tank go empty (below ¼ of a tank), even though we had told him that was not the case: We had previously filled the gas tank up. It took ninety minutes for the generator to cool down before it would restart. Again, the owner responded that there was nothing wrong with the RV and that “we were just trying to get out of our vacation”--specifically, he started blaming my wife, saying that “She didn’t really want to go on the RV vacation!” and that “There was no refund!” We were absolutely devastated! We had planned and looked forward to this family vacation for one year. My wife had planned out our entire trip with visits to Mammoth Cave National Park, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, North Carolina, and Shawnee National Forest. When that generator stopped working and wouldn’t start up for an hour and a half, we knew that there was a serious mechanical problem! We knew that we couldn’t safely drive to North Carolina and then back to Illinois. Outside temperatures were pushing 100 degrees fahrenheit. Inside the RV, temperatures quickly rose to unbearable and unsafe temperatures. Our family vacation was ruined! The next day, we returned home. As we were unloading our personal items, the generator stopped running again! Within minutes, the inside of the RV was 92.3 degrees fahrenheit! After only three days, of a 14 day scheduled family vacation, we had to return the RV. The owners have absolutely refused to honor a refund. This RV rental cost us $2,000.00 for the RV, $393.00 in required RV insurance, $140.00 in owner charged Toll Transponder fees, $1000.00 Security Deposit, and over $150.00 in lost food. We have filed a formal dispute with RVShare and have submitted text evidence, RVShare communication evidence, photo evidence, and receipt evidence. Those charges don’t even include all of the money lost in reserved campground fees and lost vacation days. They have lied at every turn! They claimed that they had to take the RV in to be checked within 72 hours of us returning the RV, yet they submitted an old receipt of service to RVShare. They accused us of wanting to get out of our vacation! Why would anyone who planned a vacation nearly a year before, who paid for RV campground reservations, and cave tour reservations, etc. want to end the only family vacation that they have for the entire year! This RV has serious mechanical problems, and the owners will lie and accuse and do everything they can to take your money! There are so many other people who are renting RVs. Protect yourself and your family: Do NOT rent from this owner!

Let me start with three words awesome excellent super. We selected the option of having the camper delivered and set up at our campsite. Upon our arrival all of our expectations were met. The camper has all the apparatus one could ask for. The camper is also overflowing with entertainment games to it keep adult children and family entertain. This camper is in new condition and superclean. let me make this short some would say there’s always room for improvement but there are no improvements needed with this camper. I cannot say enough about Annabelle. She truly made this entire experience AMAZING for me and my friends. Not only was this my first time renting though RV Share, it was my first time renting and even being in an RV.. so needless to say I had my fair share of questions and concerns. Annabelle was patient, kind and attentive to each and every need! We communicated back and forth for months prior to meeting up and she was always so kind and helpful. Meeting her, I felt like I already knew her! She was super accommodating with meet up and drop off times.. We were running a little behind schedule getting there, which I let her know ahead of time and she graciously moved our pick up time back to help out and make our journey there less stressful! I asked her for some advice on where to eat around her area, and not only did she give suggestions, she provided a little info about each place and its menu as well as addresses to them for convenience. We all had SUCH a fun time using the RV and made such wonderful memories and Annabelle absolutely played such a huge role in that as well! I would absolutely rent from her again and would encourage anyone out there looking for an honest and wonderful person, to look no further!! -Santina

We had a great experience renting the Apex from Rob (and Kelly). The camper was in excellent condition and very clean. Everything worked as it should. Rob was easy to work with to arrange pick up and drop off. He showed us how everything worked and helped us hitch up. This was our first time renting a camper, so wasn't quite sure what to expect. Overall we were very happy with everything and will gladly rent this one again in the future.

Two 40+ adults and 2 small dogs rented this RV for 8 days in early June. We drove through Northern Wisconsin and into Upper MI. We stayed at 3 different campgrounds of all types. We had NEVER driven or camped in anything other than a Class C before and that was years ago. Right off the bat the owner was AMAZING. Everything was explained WELL and simply. The owner was very supportive in calming any fears we had about driving or backing up the RV. It turned out he was right! "Just go slow and you will be fine!" Backing up was a breeze! Diving was comfortable and easy. Auto-leveling was fantastic. The fridge was so big and works great! Pans, cooking utensils blankets and even games are included. If you have any issues or questions the owners are available anytime. The experience we had was AMAZING and we would do it again in a second. Thank you to the owners for making our trip great!
