The van has definitely seen some wear and tear. The captain's chairs are torn at the handles and are very uncomfortable for a long trip of more than 3 hours. There were issues of the air conditioner freezing up after a few hours on the road. If one plans to sleep in the van on a hot summer night, the air conditioning is not separate from the van.

The van is 9 years old, and we're reviewing options to repair the tear in the arm rest.
Our AC is tied to the engine, as listed, but we'll explore improvements.
Shock absorbers were replaced 6 months prior to your rental by the dealership; however, it's an RV, not a luxury car.
Evan was very easy to work with and very easy going. We had a lot of questions and he immediately got back to us with knowledgeable and informed responses. The vehicle drove smoothly and was very reliable.
Wonderful RV and Evan is great to rent from. This was my first time renting an RV and it was a positive experience
