Everything excellent, all good .

First class. The RV was fantastic. Having the RV dropped-off and picked-up was a tremendous help to us as all we needed to do was show up and enjoy the comforts. I will be renting the vehicle again.

This is a top of the line class A RV. This is a huge machine with all the amenities. Although a learning curve to driving this thing, it did help that my husband has a CDL and is familiar driving large vehicles and farm equipment. Owners were extremely accommodating of all my request due to flying in on Christmas day. Plenty of space for our family of five (parents with three young adults/teenager). King size sleep number bed very comfortable. Our son 6'2" tall fit in the bunk bed. Frig and freezer are very large and fit our needs well. We traveled from pick up near Austin to Big Bend National Park. This vehicle is too large to give you road access to the Chisos Basin. Howerver were able to hire a driver/ride from the local campground to take us up the mountain for a day of hiking. Very good experience.

Dont rent this RV in cold weather the furnace doesn't work, The windshield wiper fall apart, the defrost couldn't take the ice weather from outside forcing us to drive not over 40 miles per hr and have very little visibility. not only that he claim to have a pillow case that apparently went missing. and charge 75 for pillow case? if you ara going to rent this RV just make sure everything is listed on contract otherwise he will take advantage of you.
