Rental Rules

- Sheets are provided for all beds. No pillows or blankets are provided. Sheets are to be kept on beds at all times. Do NOT sleep or lay on a mattress without a cover or sheet.
- No Towing – a bike rack is ok, but no towing trailers or vehicles
- If you are leaving the state with the RV, owner must be notified of cities/states to be visited or at the very least final destination. This is for renters safety and maintenance accommodations.
- Generator oil, oil filter, and air filter must be changed every 150 hours. Engine oil and filter every 3,500. If you exceed this during your trip, you will be responsible for routine maintenance.
- Return her the way you got her - fuel level, water tank level, black/grey tank empty, etc.

I was extremely disappointed renting Theresa's RV. The RV that was picked up was completely misrepresented on RV Share's website. In reality, the RV was completely filthy and decayed. Chairs and couches were completely deteriorated missing almost all of the leather, and the bed had many stains.
