Joel is a pleasure to work with. The RV functioned exactly as expected. The only issue we had was with our dogs. As a result, we won’t be taking them for a long trip again.

Joel was awesome to work with. He was very kind, accommodating, professional, and just easy to work with. He was very quick to respond when booking and during our trip. He was very thorough in marking sure the RV was ready. Also, he even had a video to instruct us on the features and use of the RV.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Joel was phenomenal. We agreed to meet for pick up at 3pm and Joel was right on time. The RV was exactly what I expected from the photos and description. Joel sent me an excellent Youtube video that he created explaining every detail of the RV and all of the features available, this came in handy many times and was a great idea!
