First ever RV experience. Reserved for 5 days during thanksgiving for a family of 5 with 3 little kids. Had a very good trip to Big Bend National park. RV was very comfortable and had good engine.
Andy was kind, responsive and patient. He took time to explain basics and we had a successful trip. RV comes with some basic amenities in kitchen and some bedsheets etc.
Overall Rating: 4 stars out of 5.
1. Vacation trip was successful, RV & Andy contributed to the success.
2. Best Part of RV: strong engine, excellent acceleration.
3. Issue with RV: RV battery would not charge, had to replace. Cost me 1/2 day of vacation.
4. Best experience: Working with Andy. Able to get ahold any time. Very cooperative and helpful. Very encouraging.

Andy (the owner) is a very nice person. The RV was not representative of the year and had over 40,000 miles on it and some unrepaired damage from a prior renter. It smelled very bad and the smell in the refrigerator was so bad it was unusable. I spent an hour and a half cleaning the RV just so that we could use it.
Thanks for your review Mark, it’s the first time a customer has reported this situation refrigerator smells bad. The reason cause is the renter put frozen meat inside and did not turn the Refrigerator on; all the meat was melted. That is the reason smells bad.
This was our first RV trip, and Andy was very thorough in showing us how to use the vehicle. He was very helpful and responded immediately, even during the trip, when we sent him a question. We were able to complete the trip without any problems.
Andy was easy to communicate with and very thorough - wonderful experience.
This was our first time renting an RV and Andy made our experience really easy. Will definitely rent from him again.
