Bridge was great and helped make my first RV renting experience a positive one. Communication was excellent and the videos of the various van features made the experience smooth and seamless. The van was awesome with plenty of amenities that made for a very comfortable trip.
The combination of the Thor Tranquility Van's dependability and ease of use along with Bridge's excellent U-Tube videos and verbal instructions, made this a dream rental and a most excellent trip. I could not be happier with the transaction and process to make this happen. Bridge is a great host and an even better Human Being.
I would characterize my experience with renting Bridge’s Big Camp Condo as easy-peasy. The whole process of getting the RV was simple and gratifying. I am a first time RVer, and Bridge was awesome in getting me familiar with the vehicle. He provided me with YouTube video links and helpful text messages about performing certain task and using certain features in the van.
We were first time RVers and Bridge made the rental process very easy, was super responsive to our questions and fair when a small mechanical issue arose. He made really helpful YouTube videos on all the major equipment which we referenced a number of times. Van was very clean with all the basics and mileage allowance was more than adequate for our 2 week trip to UT, AZ and NM.
