I will definitely rent from Derek again. Very easy to deal with. Camper was in excellent condition. He walked through everything on the camper with me so there was no issues during the rental.

Everything was very well taken care off. Jacob was on top of getting all the necessary fluids, equipments, and materials ready prior to meet up. He was very knowledgable on the fish house and went into details to make sure my family and I understood how to properly operate the ice castle. He was also very flexible on the drop off time. Overall, Jacob made this a very enjoyable and smooth experience for my family and I, we are looking forward to rent from him again!

He was so accommodating very patient with some issues that we were having getting our truck to work! He was very responsive to all messages and asked how we were doing while on our little trip. Overall great guy!

Owner didn't winterize so the tub backed up and filled ruining our winter gear. (Snow pants, gloves, hats etc...) He only told us that we couldn't use faucet he didn't say that would happen. It was so bad it spilled to the bathroom floor which was very annoying soaking your feet. We used 5 big towels a to clean. He charged us $50 for a clip on the toilet that "broke" and $50 to empty the porta toilet. We emptied the tank, but underneath there was a sunscreen and toilet paper that he claimed was ours. We don't need sunscreen to ice fish. The holes froze over too. Would not recommend.
