This is a brand new 2022 Hearland Mallard Travel Trailer! It comes equipped with a king size upgraded RV bed, 2 queen bunk beds, and a sofa that converts into another bed. You can probably squeeze more than 6 people into it, but it will comfortably sleep 6.

We have 2 wonderful kids and recently relocated from the Black Hills to Brainerd! Christina, thank you for the wonderful review! As for the chew marks, unfortunately it was a red squirrel and possibly a chipmunk that got in last fall before it was stored for winter. That issue has since been resolved! Thank you again for renting with us!
