- Please note, there will be a $200 cleaning fee if any evidence is found of Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, vaping devices, or similar substance.
- A $100 fee will be charged for unclean toilets, dirty dishes, trash left inside, dirty linens, sand or dirt in the RV, or mud/soil on the exterior. Please return the RV clean.
- No smoking. No festival or event. No Off Road or dirty roads. No Bikes or heavy load inside the RV. Rents must be inside Florida.
- All gray and black water tanks must be fully emptied prior to return. Otherwise, we will charge $60 from deposit. If tanks are clogged cleaning cost is $300 per tank.
