This was our first time renting a camper, and it was a fantastic experience! Sebastian, the owner, was incredibly helpful—he spent quality time walking us through everything we needed to know about the camper and was very responsive whenever we had questions. We had an amazing trip camping at Ginnie Springs with friends, and the camper was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!
This was the ideal experience for a first-time renter like myself. Sebastian spent 90 minutes without exaggeration explaining every aspect of the RV. His advice was invaluable, and then though I was the least experienced in our caravan of 3 RVs, but I was still able to contribute some important information to the group. Five stars.
As a first time RV renter Sebastian was able to provide me all of the training needed to have a successful trip. He was also available for me during my entire stay regarding any questions I had. Very responsive.
Sebastian was awesome! One of the most informative RV owners I've even dealt with. He was also able to get me scheduled and hooked up with extremely short notice, as I had another unit cancel on me last minute. He had all the equipment, tools and know-how for those that might be first timers. And in general, just a nice person to deal with.
