- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- We will charge $400 if we find evidence from renters bringing any kind of pets into the RV or if we find evidence of Smoking any kind of cigarettes, tobacco, vapes," etc"
- We will charge $200 if we have to scrub a dirty toilet, dishes, or pans in the sink, pick dirty linens or towels, remove trash, dust, sand, or dirt inside the RV, or soil, dust, or mud outside.
- We will charge $99 if we need to remove or clean: stains from leaves, insects, or dirt on the awning. Same for the Outdoor Patio add-ons with dirt, sand, or mud. Grill or griddle with grease inside.
Deliveries must be with a minimum rent period of 4 days. We deliver the RV to your house, driveway, or spot at any nearby campsite. If you are renovating your house or performing extermination pest control, this is the best way you can stay near your belongings.
