Leo and Elizabeth were lovely, easygoing people. However, they were sometimes slow to respond to messages, occasionally taking over a week. Despite this, I would happily rent from them again.
That said, I would not rent this particular RV again. It was severely misrepresented in the photos and is now heavily worn.
The couch and seat cushions were in terrible condition.
Everything went well and the owner explained everything very well. It was appreciated. Pick up and delivery was easy!

Leo and Elizabeth provided exceptional service, ensuring seamless communication whenever needed. They went above and beyond by meeting with us prior to pickup, taking the time to thoroughly explain all the RV's features and necessities. The RV itself was impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities we required, and boasted ample space.
This was our first RV experience. Leo met with my wife and I personally & explained the RV and its functions. We had our entire family traveling to our destination about 4 hours each way in the RV (7adults, 3 children, and our dog). The RV was roomy, comfortable, and accomplished the goal of family bonding time and family memories. Thank you.
