- Rule 1 – No Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the RV at any time. Evidence of smoke or odor will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional cleaning fees if needed.
- Rule 2 – Pets by Approval Only Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
- Rule 3 – Towing & Use RV must be used for camping and approved events only. No off-road use, festivals without approval, or towing by anyone not listed on the reservation.
- Rule 4 – Return Condition RV must be returned in the same clean condition it was delivered. Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
- Rule 5 – Respect the RV Please treat Family Basecamp as your own. Report any issues promptly. Damage beyond normal wear is the renter’s responsibility and may be deducted from the security deposit.
