Make sure everything works before you leave and have them demonstrate. No hot water for entire trip (4 adults, no showers) and owner gave no compensation and then stopped communicating once we returned. Nice clean vehicle and easy to drive at least.
We’re super happy with the RV and with Justin. He communicated quickly to our messages. Pickup was easy. The van was clean, all fluids and fuels were topped off. Justin gave us an overview of the systems, and off we went. Drop off was equally painless. We recommend renting from Justin, and in particular this RV.
Justin was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. We had a mishap and he was so understanding and kind. I highly recommend working with Justin. I hope to rent from him again soon.

Justin was great…responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. We are experienced RVers but this was our first van experience…the Mercedes chassis was really easy to drive and park. Unit was clean and in good shape. The fridge was small but workable. We used RV park showers so didn’t shower in the bath. Overall was fun and informative.
