Camper was delivered and setup upon arrival. Something beyond their control did have an issue but they were prepared with whatever tools may be needed and stayed to fix it. Within no time they had it fixed! Don't let the past review deter you from renting this unit. It had everything listed in the add and was in great condition. Had a wonderful time in this unique Floorplan camper.
We have rented many many RVs in the past and unfortunately this is the first negative review we have had to leave but I think it’s important for other renters to be aware. While Zach is very responsive the description and functionality of the RV given to us was inaccurate.
