Pickup and drop-off was smooth as butter! The RV was clean and Joseph explained everything thoroughly. It made our week trip very nice.
Joseph was very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. He did a great job at drop off explaining how things works and where things were. A major concern of mine as this was my 1st RV experience. The camper was well equipped. The family enjoyed themselves immensely. My youngest especially enjoyed the cozy bunk beds. We would definitely rent again.
We absolutely loved our RV experience from pick up to return. We had a couple of small, fixable issues along the way, and Joseph was always available to assist with questions. He Always responded promptly! The RV was perfect for our family as we traveled to Wyoming to visit family. I would highly recommend this Rv to anyone.
We thought long and hard about how to rate in the review. While the owners were gracious, we were late several hours in ability to pick up the RV due to mechanical issues that had to be repaired and had to go a second time to pick the RV up.
We were very sad when we read this review, especially since we delivered the RV a day earlier than the reservation started without additional fees and the mechanical problems we encountered happened just as we were on our way to deliver the RV, realizing the alternator needed to be replaced, which we were very fortunate to find someone after hours to repair.
Awesome owners to deal with!! The communication was great and they were so helpful. I would never hesitate to rent from them.
