2021 Dutchmen RV - Coleman Lantern LT Series 17B
This little camper can sleep 5, I would say 2 adults and 3 kids. Working shower, 5 min showers because of hot water and holding tank. Toilet works for urine only, BMs should be done at campsites bathhouse. The black tank just can't handle it.
Bedding is provided, you might want to being extra blankets, the AC can get cold. A few towels are provided as well.

Vicki was so responsive and quickly answered all my questions about the RV. She even helped hook up the trailer and a weight distribution hitch to ensure towing was as easy as possible. I would absolutely rent from her again!
