Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking/Vaping ($500 Fee if evidence found)
- No Burning Man Trips
- Renters who do not reserve sites with electricity are required to either add the generator rental or bring their own as the battery may not supply enough power for the full reservation.
- Trailer MUST come back in SAME condition as it was dropped off or picked up. An Excess dirty fee will be added of $100 if trailer is not cleaned properly.
- Must take your own trash ($50 Fee will be added if trash is not removed from RV)
