We rented this RV for a trip to GA over Thanksgiving. The pick-up experience was very easy. A quick walk through and we were on our way. The RV was fairly clean, but the wear and tear was not reflected in the photos. For 65k miles it has a good bit of wear and tear.

As mentioned when you rented we just had a renter bring it back with some damage and since you were our last of the year we didn't want to cancel on you and elected to get things fixed after your trip. Communication was great.
The coach is really nice. The seats and the bed were really comfortable.
The pick up and drop off were easy, admittedly they were very understanding, as we were later than planned in both our pick-up/drop-off time.

We had an epic trip in Ty's RV! The photos accurately portrayed the actual vehicle. Ty made it very easy to pick up, learn about, and begin the rental. He was responsive with questions we had during the trip and offered to video call if needed. The RV comfortably slept our family of seven including four teenagers. All of the systems worked.
Ty’s Rv was everything he said it would be. It drove very easy to Texas and back with no issues at all. Ty was very quick to answer any questions I had and was very easy to work with on anything I needed. I had carried my wife down to MD Anderson in Texas and his RV helped tremendously on making her trip as comfortable as we possibly could.
We had a great trip. The unit was in good shape and reliable and got us there and back (1000 mile round trip) safely. Easy to drive. Owner was friendly and flexible on pick up time. Highly recommend.
