We were very dissatisfied with this rental which we booked for Labor Day weekend of this year. Brandon was late delivering the camper which he called ahead to inform us about. When he arrived he went to the dump station to empty the waste products which explained the horrible smell in the camper. The camper was not clean. There was food on the floor and nothing had been wiped down.
Brandon is best reached by phone. He is very quick to call back if he is busy or not at his phone. Email is secondary. He is very pleasant to speak with.
The camper was well stocked with many items we had brought: coffee maker for example. He could have promoted them more but chose not to.
Bedding was excellent. Stove worked perfectly. Bathroom was large and shower very easy to use.
Brandon and his RV were great! Brandon’s communication was 10/10, rv was spotless, AC worked great and had no issues that could not be solved quickly! Will rent from him again :)
It was great and well set up. The rv itself was a little worn around the edges from previous use with crumbs about the floor and bedding, etc. it was exactly what we needed otherwise! Brandon is great and was very helpful!
