Shawn went above and beyond, the van was outstanding, all and all it was a 10/10 experience. We made a 6 hour round trip drive to an amusement park, the drive was part of highlight vs a boring road trip. Very easy to drive, well maintained and clean. We look forward to renting again in the future, a tailgating experience is well suited for this van!
Great vehicle for our family of six over the course of 60 hours driving and 2,400 miles. Shawn was very responsive and accommodating. Vehicle rode great. Excellent camera system for parking and navigating tight spots. Very comfortable seating. Would have appreciated a written sheet to explain all the details to track when traveling with the van. Very good value.
