Rental Rules
  • Minimum renter age of 25
  • Pets allowed
  • No smoking allowed
  • We do allow furry friends, but need to be preapproved by owner. There is a pet fee of $10 per night.
  • No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle. Your entire security deposit will be retained to have RV professionally cleaned.
  • If there is a mechanical failure or problem, renter should contact owner immediately and then call for roadside assistance. Renter shall not attempt to make repairs without direction of Good Sam Tech
  • Return time is 10AM. Adhering to scheduled time is critical for next renter. For those returning RV late, they will pay a late fee from their security deposit of $100 per hour.
