The camper was great. Everything worked as designed, it suited our needs, towed easily, and was very well appointed with kitchen/cleaning/set-up items! Would definitely rent this camper again! Ben was super helpful with walking us through the camper, provided a rear camera monitor, and responded promptly when we communicated with him. Great overall experience!
My wife and I have been towing campers for the last 20 years but because of wrist surgery we decided to try renting. I was initially nervous about this process but the trip exceeded my wildest expectations. Ben is a genuinely nice man who did everything he could to make our experience pleasurable. That is, he hooked us up, unhooked us, and responded immediately to questions we had while camping.
Great all around experience! Very responsive, perfect travel trailer for 2. We had several question when we got to our camp site and we got quick responses and even called us to ensure all was good! All of our interactions even emails were quick! The travel trailer met all of our needs! Thanks Ben and Jorge!
