The RV was very clean and smelled great. We are older so we brought extra cushioning to put on top of the mattress, which we were glad to have. We had no issues renting it or driving / using the RV. Elizabeth was very kind and accommodating.
This RV was everything that was in the description. Very nice, very clean, everything worked. The RV was easy to drive and our kids LOVED it! The owner was very quickly responsive to questions, and made everything easy. We would definitely rent this one again in the future!
The screen door was not working. I accidentally took two soup bowels (dollar store) and she charged me $80. I will not rent from her again. We got home 2 hours late ( kept her updated ) but she was extremely rude even though she had nothing going on until the next day
Kathleen, you were over 2 hours late, but I understand getting stuck in traffic is sometimes unavoidable and as a courtesy waived the $250 late return fee. I gave you the option to return the nesting bowls or charge you for them. You choose to be charged. The RV was also returned without a full tank of gas and ran beyond the base allowed miles.
