- Holding tank levels upon return/dropoff must read at or below the levels documented at sendoff. Tank emptying service minimum $125, net of RVshare fees, up to and not exceeding deposit amount.
- Campers go out "Rental Ready" Clean, inside & out, and must be returned the same. Additional cleaning minimum $125, net of RVshare fees, up to and not exceeding deposit amount.
- Your tow vehicle has a towing capacity of 5,000+ lbs, a class III or IV hitch, a 7-Pin Round Wiring Outlet, with 12-volt power at the outlet. There are no refunds for non-qualified tow vehicles.
- Camper Protection Coverage is Required: Renter has the option to secure an insurance rider from their provider, or may purchase our Protection Coverage. Our plan has a $26 daily rate.

We are less than 10 minutes from some of the region's most popular destinations including Valley Fair, Mystic Lake Casino, Canturbury Park, Downtown Shakopee, and the MN Renaissance Festival.
