The host was great, and the pickup and drop-off process was smooth. However, a few unfortunate incidents affected our overall experience. At pickup, we were informed that the main area on the couch/bed had just been repaired because a piece of wood had broken off. My husband, who is 6'7" and weighs 300 lbs, found out last minute, which was quite nerve-wracking.
All went well as advertised. Good communications and clean RV.

Communication and instruction on trailer use, hookup, and appliance guidance were terrific. He created a folder to go with the trailer to refresh us on the use of specific items. He was willing to work with us on pick-and-drop variations experienced by traffic. Overall, the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
