Whether you are a MN resident or visiting for work/leisure, you can rent our camper as a temporary arrangement, parked in our driveway. We can't offer breathtaking views per say but it's certainly a peaceful and quiet place to stay. Orchard lake and a park/playground is a minute's walk away. Walk 7-10 minutes further to hike the scenic Murphy-Hanrehan trails OR opt to sit & enjoy the beachfront of the lake. We'll provide you all electric and water hookups. Inquire for further details/offerings!

- No show/no communication, after the agreed return time, may result in a deduction of $75/hour from your security deposit. Please inform us about any unforeseen circumstances causing delays ASAP. TY!
- DO NOT remove the sofa covers during rental to ensure the surfaces remain clean and protected.
- DON'T touch, pull on wall decor to avoid damages. Kids are welcome to use the blackboard hung on the bathroom door. Chalks are provided. We only request you monitor the kids to ensure, no misuse.
- Before return: empty black/grey tanks, clean up after yourself, remove linens,duvet/sofa covers,protectors, used towels & place inside bag provided. $150 taken from security deposit if returned dirty.

This was our 1st RV experience and it was excellent due to the services provided. The owner setup it great and showed us how to use everything. Pics are accurate. It’s beautiful & cozy and perfect for a family of 4. Would rent from them again!
