- No smoking allowed
- - Gas will be full at pick up and should be returned full to avoid a $175 refueling fee.
- - Waste tanks (Black and Gray) will be empty at pick up and should be returned empty to avoid a $75 fee.
Private access through gate where RV is parked on side of the house. Full hook ups; sewer, water, 30 & 60 amp electric.
Access to outside shower, barbeque and pool.
Outside is a shared space with home owners and studio renters.
