To clarify, although my overall experience was bad, that was not because of the RV or its owner. If you never drove an RV before, be very careful! It's ton of instructions and if you forget some of them, as I did, you are going to damage the RV and if you have no protection, you are screw! On the top of that, a towable RV is very hard to drive (it's very unstable), and the visibility is horrible.
Thank for your review, in our camper right when you walk in is a full checklist. Right where all the controls were that were shown to you. Also you were told to CALL if any issues .As to all every person that has rented from us seen that check list.
BUT THAT IS ALSO WHY WE OFFER DELIVERY SO WE WILL TOW IT AND SET IT UP!!!
