Zhuliyan’s vehicle exceeded my expectation, and the entire experience was made extra special by his incredible communication skills. I was a last-minute booking, and he was willing to chat with me through the night. He walked me through everything in the vehicle and had recommendations. The vehicle was extremely clean. It’s brand new and low mileage, and it felt like I was the first one to use it.
From the moment we reserved the RV until the return, communication with Zhuliyan was immediate. His Class B is in pristine condition and was the perfect size for our weekend getaway.
